24/7 Prescription Collection Point
If you collect your medication from the dispensary inside the doctors surgery, then you can now collect your prescription at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The 24 hour automated prescription collection facility allows our patients to collect their dispensed medicines at a time that suits them – even when we are closed!
This facility is available at both the Market Deeping and Glinton sites.
As we load the prepared medication into the machine, it generates a PIN code which is then sent to the patients registered mobile telephone number advising them their medication is now ready for collection.
Due to the volume of prescription’s that we dispense daily there is an expiry date on each PIN of 4 days, the machine automatically sends a reminder on day 3 advising there is just 24 hours left to make your collection!
We kindly ask patients to make arrangements to have their medication collected as soon as possible once receiving their PIN to free up space for the next patient.

Accessing Medicines Out Of Hours
If you run out of your medicines outside of the Dispensary normal opening hours and need some urgently, there are a few ways to get an emergency supply quickly, including if you’re away from home.
You can use the NHS Pharmacy Service Search , call NHS 111, go to your nearest NHS Walk-in Centre, or, if it’s a real emergency, go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) unit.
