We’re rolling out an online triage platform to help patients get faster responses and access to care! This platform allows you to submit your queries online, without the need for a call back or phone discussion.
How it works:
- Submit your query below, if you feel it can be handled via email with one response.
- Expect a response within 3 working days.
Possible outcomes:
- A GP answers your question and may issue a prescription or arrange tests.
- If further discussion is needed, you'll be asked to make an appointment.
- In case of urgent symptoms, you'll be directed to appropriate emergency care.
Our goal is to enhance patient access and reduce waiting times for a general medical query / request.
Please note, this system may be suspended after hours or during busy periods.
Reminder: This service is for routine issues only! If you have an urgent or emergency problem, contact 999 or use local emergency care providers.
