Practice Team

The Practice Chairman is Dr. Ismail and he is responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the Partnership, he also chairs all Practice meetings

The Deputy Practice Chairman is Dr. Chaurdhry and he acts as chairman in the absence of Dr. Ismail.

Tracy is our Practice Manager and joined the practice in November 2020.

The Practice Manager works closely with the SMT and the Practice Chairman to ensure the Practice as a whole operates smoothly on a day to day basis and meets all contractual requirements.

Claire joined the Practice in October 2020 working in reception she then moved to our informatics department and it was not long before she was the Management Assistant, now taking up her current role as Deputy Practice Manager in February 2023.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and works closely with the Practice Manager and is responsible for the overall management of our reception team and our Practice Experience Administrator.

Steph joined the practice in June 2022. 

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the management of the Treatment Room consisting of Nurse, Healthcare Assistants, and Theatre Staff.

Emily joined the practice in November 2019.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for assisting and supporting the Nurse Team Leader to manage the Nursing team and Heath Care Support Workers. 

Claire joined the practice in August 2015, taking up the role in July 2019.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the day to day running of the Reception team and appointment bookings.

Terry joined the practice in January 2018, taking up the role in July 2019.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the day to day running of the Reception team and appointment bookings.

Carol joined the Practice in 2002 as a dispenser and took up her current role in 2006.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and manages the Dispensing team. She is responsible for liaising with pharmaceutical representatives and the Prescribing Pricing Authority (PPA) on behalf of the Practice.

Dean joined us in September 2013; he is responsible for ensuring that all the practices technical Systems are running smoothly on a day to day basis.

He is a member of the Senior Management Team and provides advice and guidance on the use of the practice clinical IT systems as well as patient online services and is also responsible for supporting the Information Governance Caldicott Guardian for Information Governance matters.

Tracey joined the Practice in October 2023.

She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the management of Informatics and the Vaccination Admin Team. Her day to day job also includes extracting and manipulating data whilst ensuring all contract specifications are claimed and met.

Alicja joined the practice in November 2022. She is a member of SMT and is responsible for the smooth running of our HR department.

She works closely with the Practice Manager, Department Leads & Partners developing and implementing HR strategy and plan that aligns with the Practice’s vision, mission and goals.

Kylie joined the practice in November 2021.  She is a member of the Senior Management Team and is responsible for the Management of the finance department.  She works closely with the Practice Manager and Partners in Financial Planning and Analysis.  Her role involves ensuring contract specifications are claimed.
