A Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) is a type of skin cancer that can be treated easily by surgery.
Depending where the BCC is on your body, you will either be offered a consultation with the Surgeon first or you will be booked in for the procedure. The operation takes around 30 minutes and, as it is done under local anaesthetic, you will be able to go home the same day.
