Please check your blood pressure on each arm periodically. If the difference between arms is consistently more than 15mmHg, please book an appointment with a GP.

If your blood pressure is ever 180/120 and above consistently, please ring NHS 111. If you also have symptoms i.e. headache, change in vision, new onset confusion, chest pain, breathlessness, then please ring 999 or go to A&E.
